Mastermind What?
When I first heard the word Mastermind eight years ago, I didn’t know what that meant. What is a Mastermind group? I found out it simply means when you have a group of different minds that come together around a common topic for discussion and growth.
Okay, that makes sense. I liked the sound of it!
After becoming a Certified John Maxwell Team member as a Speaker, Coach & Trainer over a decade ago, I taught my first virtual mastermind group on John’s book “The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth”. I LOVED it. Because I am a very relational person and my style of leading has always been more of a facilitator than a teacher, taking a group through this book was a natural fit for me. I got energized by hearing their input and seeing them grow.
Masterminding (not sure this is a word?) has become a part of me. I am passionate about this style of growth and interaction.
